I. A memorable company trip in 2023 to CoTo Island
Protean Studios organized an unforgettable trip to the stunning CoTo Island in July 2023. This adventure was not only a break from the regular work routine but also an opportunity for team building, relaxation, and exploration. After three days and two nights, we had a successful journey and significantly strengthened our bonds with our colleagues.
II. Outstanding activities with the theme "Challenge the Limits"
The theme of the company trip, "Challenge the Limits," reflected Protean Studios‘ aspirations during the development process. This theme emphasized the value of perseverance, dedication, and establishing ambitious goals. It encourages employees to step out of their comfort zones, push their boundaries, and strive for personal and collective growth.
Therefore, we did team-building exercises and challenges, or went for a walk on the beach, enjoyed local cuisine, etc. In particular, we joined many activities together in Co-To and gave some challenges in the game to encourage teamwork and creative thinking.
